Terms of Service
At this time we are changing our credit card service. We will
update our purchasing process at that time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, certified checks or money
orders. We require the 3 digit CID security number located on the
back of the card in order to process any credit/debit card orders.
When paying by credit card, the billing and shipping address must be
the same. Advanced payment by personal or business checks are
accepted but will be held up to 14 days for clearance. The COD
payment option is not available.
Shipping to USA only. We reserve the right to ship by UPS, FedEx,
or Parcel Post. Ammunition cannot be shipped to addresses in Napa,
Los Angeles, Almeda county, San Fransisco CA, Alaska, Chicago IL,
Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York City, and Washington DC. Package will
be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing. Personal
checks have up to a 14 day clearing wait before shipment
Returns/ refunds/ exchanges.
If you need to return a product, we
will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. We want you to be
pleased with your purchase, but if something isn't right, let us
know. We will make arrangements to correct your order. For all
returns, you must contact Customer Service prior to return shipment
at 435-830-4616. We will process your return and issue you a Return
Authorization Number. No Returns will be authorized for items:
- That have been used.
- That are not in resalable
- Reloading components. (primers,
powder, projectiles, and brass).
- Without obtaining a Return
Authorization (RA) number. These RA numbers are only good for 30
days after they are issued. After 30 days the return will no longer

purchase date without prior contact to that time.
We regret that we do not refund
original shipping costs with the return.

- 1. Contact Mercin Shooting to receive
your Return Authorization Number.

to process the return. Credits will be issued according to the
method of payment when the order was placed. (example: credit card
orders will be applied back to the credit card.) All other methods
